• Booking details: your name, mobile number, requested service and preferred day when you use the booking form or the assistant. They reach our reception team only and are used to confirm your appointment.
• Service requests via the assistant: if you request an e-service through the assistant (when available), we receive your name, mobile number, ID number and the requested service, used only to process your request.
• WhatsApp messages: the WhatsApp button opens the WhatsApp app with a prefilled message you can edit; the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
• Usage data: events that do not include your name or number (page views, WhatsApp or call button clicks, traffic source) to measure the page and our advertising.
• Advertising tools: the page may use measurement tools from Google, TikTok and Snapchat under their policies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

How we use data

• Confirming appointments and answering your questions.
• Improving the page and measuring advertising campaigns.
• We never sell your data or share it for marketing outside the complex.

Retention and security

Booking and request data is stored in a secured database accessible only to authorised clinic staff, and is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Usage data without your name or number is kept for statistics.
